This workshop offers a methodical, anatomically informed approach to split pose that honors your unique body structure.

What You’ll Experience
  • Understand Your Anatomy: Discover how your individual bone structure, muscle attachments, and joint mobility influence your split pose experience and learn to work with—not against—your body’s natural architecture.
  • Master Progressive Preparation: Experience a carefully sequenced series of preparatory poses that systematically open the hamstrings, hip flexors, and hip rotators essential for safe progression into splits.
  • Learn Personalized Modifications: Receive guidance on modifications specific to your body type and flexibility level, ensuring that everyone can practice safely and effectively regardless of their starting point.
  • Explore Prop Integration: Discover how to intelligently use props (blocks, bolsters, straps, and blankets) to support your practice and create appropriate challenge without strain.
  • Develop a Home Practice: Take home a customizable sequence designed to help you continue your split pose journey with confidence and awareness.

Teaching yoga showed me that truly my students will always be a great source of learning. That I have to listen to them, to what they say, and what they don’t say. Opening myself with patience and compassion to how every student offers unique insights into the practice of doing and guiding yoga helped me to stay grounded in the realities of my students. I honor, respect and tap into these insights – these are my most essential foundations for being the best teacher I can be. Here at Manas Yoga, I teach Morning Flow, Restorative Yoga, Myofascial Release, Basic Yoga, and Meridian Yin Yoga classes. I offer Yoga Therapy, Dry Cupping, Thai Yoga Massage, and Yoga teacher Apprenticeship and I’m one of the lead teachers in the Manas Yoga Teacher Training. I'm holding my classes in English.
