WOMEN’S VOICE CIRCLE - LIBERATE YOUR AUTHENTIC VOICE

Do you ever feel like your voice is caught in your throat — hesitating to speak, sing, or express what’s truly inside you?

Many women hold back their voices — not just in singing and sounding, but in speaking their truth, setting boundaries, and expressing their authentic selves in all their facets. We often suppress parts of our expression — whether it's our emotions, vulnerability, or just our unique way of being — out of fear of being misunderstood or not being taken seriously. Maybe you think your voice isn’t “beautiful” enough, that you can’t sing or that no one will understand your true way of being, even though deep down, you long to express yourself fully.

But your voice was never meant to be hidden. It holds a unique power, a medicine for yourself and for the world.

This Women’s Voice Circle is a safe and sacred space for you to reconnect with your voice, release what’s holding you back, and express yourself freely — without judgment, without filters, just as you are in this moment.

Through journaling, vocal exploration, movement, and deep sharing, we create a space for liberation, empowerment, and deep connection. We will close with a guided meditation along with sound to integrate the experience, inviting relaxation and clarity. There will also be time to connect and reflect in between and afterwards, so we fully share this opened space together.

PLEASE NOTE

No singing experience is needed — just an open heart and a willingness to explore the depth of your being and voice in a safe space and circle held by women. The language of the event will be adapted to the participants ( either DE or EN ).

ABOUT GAVRIELA

GAVRIELA is an Austrian-Peruvian artist, Vocal Sound Healing, and Shamanic Energy Medicine practitioner. She guides others—especially women—to express their authentic selves through the healing power of their liberated voice. Once a classically trained singer bound by rigid expectations, she embarked on a healing journey to rediscover her true voice. Through years of Sound Healing and Energy Medicine practice, she uncovered the voice’s profound potential for transformation and self-healing. Now, GAVRIELA helps others break free from self-doubt, fear, and judgment, creating a safe space for emotional release and authentic expression. Her holistic approach empowers people to reclaim their voice, creativity, and true essence.
