I discovered yoga at age 14 and began my extensive 3-year yoga teacher training at 17 with the prestigious British Wheel of Yoga in London. For the past 20 years I've been teaching yoga, running my own retreats, and overcoming a severe 2014 injury through yoga practice. With expertise in injury management, adjustments, and teaching children, I can adapt to many levels and offer an all-inclusive experience. I've conducted many workshops in Budapest and Vienna. My classes focus on bringing individuals back into their bodies, fostering rootedness, and promoting balance through pranayama techniques.
