The focus of this festival will be on dynamic elements (pops, icarians, whips & whip-pops) & balance (foot to hand, hand to hand) for Intermediate to Advanced Acroyogis.

We recommend having experience with pops, basic icarians & whips to get the most out of the festival. Please note that it is not suitable for beginners!

In each round, there will be 3 parallel workshops: one intermediate & one advanced dynamic acro workshop (whips & icarians) and one workshop focusing on balance (hands free flow/h2h).

On top of that we offer morning movement, handstands, Thai massage and Saturday evening there will be a surprise performance and acro games :)

Please note that this is a non-residential festival, so accommodation and food are not included in the ticket price. There will be a catering which you can book to have food ready on Saturday evening and Sunday lunch.
