Pleasure & Consent Discovery

Pleasure & Consent Discovery is a gentle 3-hour workshop that invites participants to explore pleasure, boundaries and connection through movement, reflection and body-based practices. Pleasure is understood not only as something sexual or intense, but also as a subtle sense of aliveness, comfort, curiosity and connection in the body. Through gentle exercises, participants are invited to reconnect with their body, notice personal impulses and explore consent beyond theory.
