For the past 20 years Sebastian has been immersed in the learning and practice of Traditional Thai Massage and Thai Medicine; rooted in the Thai Element Theory and Buddhist principles of mindfulness, kindness, and compassion; studying with genuine Masters and lineage holders.´

What is Thai Elements?

Thai Elements invokes the wisdom inherent in the natural Elements - Space, Wind, Fire, Water, Earth and Consciousness, as viewed in the Thai Tradition.As an independent branch of ThaiVedic - an International School of Holistic Medicine - Thai Elements focuses on Thai Healing Arts, presenting aspects of the system of Thai Medicine as close to its original/traditional format as possible.

The aspiration is to present Thai Massage within the context of Traditional Thai Medicine in a way that honors lineage and tradition. Preserving the body of knowledge shared with me by genuine teachers and lineage holders.
