Yoga, Intuition, and Healing

This special yoga immersion will lead you to a new, lighthearted way of seeing your practice, designed to inspire and meet you where you are - physically or psychologically. Discover how to recognize sensations of the subtle body that naturally help release our body’s unwanted, subconscious patterns of contraction to produce an incredible lightness of being. Once this is felt, it helps you find a more intuitive approach for living and practicing.

Saturday 14th of March 14:00 - 17:00

A brief opening talk about Intuition and Healing, followed by a 3-part yoga practice beginning with a SLOW Sequence to warm-up major joints & energy points in the body; followed by a FLOW Sequence using synchronized breath & movement exercises for balance, heat and whole body circulation; and finishes with a GLOW Sequence to cool the body and awaken deep calm and mental clarity.

Sunday 15th of March 14:00 - 17:00

An innovative restorative class that guides the mind and body into optimal conditions for rest, rejuvenation, and healing, followed by a brief closing talk about the Power of Softness, Space, and Intimacy.
