Somatic Ecstatic Dance

Giulia is finally launching Somatic Ecstatic Dance at RE:TREAT with very special extras (headphones) to allow full immersive experience. Somatic Ecstatic Dance is a free form movement practice that combines the principles of somatic awareness (attuning to sensations and emotions in the body) with the liberating and often ecstatic experience of dance. Giulia will guide you through the dance. To enable a total immersive experience you will be equipped with headphone, so that you can regulate the music according to your wishes.
