Start where you are.
Your first Mat Class is an easy way to get a feel for what OURS is about — movement that challenges, strengthens, and actually feels good. You’ll work with your own bodyweight, build awareness, and find your rhythm.

Afterwards, stay if you like — grab a drink, talk, or just take a moment. OURS is about more than the workout; it’s about how you feel when you walk out.

No equipment needed, just grip socks or bare feet and something you can move in.
Arrive around 10 minutes before class to check in and get comfortable.
