OURS Reformer sessions are designed to energize your body and reset your mind — a balance of effort, elegance, and ease.

Come as you are: for focus or fun, for stillness or connection. Before or after class, take time to stay — enjoy a drink, catch up with someone, or work a bit in our Social Area.

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before class. No entry after the session starts. Classes are practiced in grip socks.
