In this introductory package, you’ll receive three Private Sessions that allow you to dive deep into the foundations of Pilates through personalized, one-on-one instruction. You’ll train on the Reformer, Cadillac, and other classical apparatus, with sessions tailored precisely to your individual needs, goals, and physical condition.

Through these sessions, you’ll discover how Pilates can be adapted for every BODY – improving posture, enhancing flexibility, and building deep, functional strength.
