STUDIO INTRO PASS - 10 Classes + 1 Private Session
Der Intro Pass ist dein persönlicher Einstieg in unser Studio.
Er verbindet eigenständige Klassenpraxis mit einer individuellen Begleitung – damit du dich orientieren, ankommen und passende Formate für dich finden kannst.
Der Pass beinhaltet:
- 10 Klassen (60, 75 oder 90 Minuten)Gültig für alle regulären Klassen im Stundenplan(ausgenommen Workshops, Events und geschlossene Kurse)
- 1 Private Session (45 Minuten)In dieser Einzelstunde klären wir deine Ziele, deinen körperlichen Zustand und deine aktuellen Bedürfnisse.Du lernst das Studio kennen und wirst – angepasst an deine Tagesverfassung – durch ausgewählte körperliche Übungen begleitet.Auf Wunsch erhältst du im Anschluss eine Empfehlung für passende Klassenformate und Lehrende.

The Intro Pass is a personal and guided way to enter our studio.
It combines independent class practice with individual support, offering you orientation, clarity and a sense of belonging within our space.
The Intro Pass includes:
- 10 classes (60, 75 or 90 minutes)Valid for all regular classes on the schedule(excluding workshops, events and closed courses)
- 1 private session (45 minutes)In this one-on-one session we explore your goals, physical condition and current needs.You will be introduced to the studio and guided through selected movements adapted to how you feel that day.If desired, you will receive a recommendation for suitable class formats and teachers.
