This is a ticket for our Breathwork Outdoor Special in Stadtpark.

In this 45-minute breathwork session at Stadtpark, we use conscious breathing techniques to awaken yourself, sharpen your focus, and set a great tone for the day ahead.

If you are joining the Breathwork in Nature session for the 1st time, you can join us for free.

Note:

• Bring your own mat or something to sit on.
• Meeting Point 10min before class start: Stubentor Tram Station (Line 1, 2, D). Blumen Lippe
• This ticket is only valid for the buyer.
• If you cancel a session 12h prior to the session start, the ticket will keep its validity for 2 months (from purchase) any Breathwork in Nature classes in June, July and August. (Should you not be able to make it to another session in this time-frame, you will receive a voucher for your next purchase.)
• You can use this ticket for the Breathwork in Stadtpark class only.

In dieser 45-minütigen Breathwork-Session im Stadtpark nutzen wir bewusste Atemtechniken, um dich zu aktivieren, deine Konzentration zu schärfen und einen positiven Start in den Tag zu setzen.

Wenn du zum ersten Mal an der Breathwork in Nature Session teilnimmst, kannst du kostenlos teilnehmen.

Hinweise:

• Bitte bring deine eigene Matte oder etwas zum Sitzen mit.
• Treffpunkt 10 Minuten vor Kursbeginn: Stubentor Tram Station (Linie 1, 2, D), bei Blumen Lippe.
• Dieses Ticket ist nur für die/den Käufer:in gültig.
• Wenn du eine Session mindestens 12 Stunden vor Beginn absagst, bleibt dein Ticket weiterhin gültig – für 2 Monate ab dem Kauf – für alle Breathwork im Stadtpark Sessions im Juni, Juli und August (solltest du in diesem Zeitraum keine weitere Session besuchen können, erhältst du einen Gutschein für deinen nächsten Kauf.)
