About the class

Hey Loves,

We are back in the Pancake game and in this class we will progress some of the exercises that we had in the first two Classes and will also add some new exercises. Our goal for this Class is to take the pancake to the Floor!

You will need

  • A small weight around 5kg
  • Yoga Blocks or something similar to sit on

Please also do a Warm-up before starting this video, as we will only do some targeted conditioning exercises and afterwards jump right into the more intense pancake work.
