In this class we’ll blends two styles of yoga into one practice – bringing together the benefits of Yin Yoga a slower (cooling) practice where poses are passively held for longer, working on the deep, dense (Yin) connective tissues and joints in the body and Yang Yoga, wherein we transition to a more active (warming) practice working on the (Yang) muscles and blood flow, building strength, stamina and flexibility. The class ends with some restorative poses allowing us to draw the regenerative benefits of the whole practice.
