T&T Thunderstruck (STUDIO)

This class mixes the best elements of Pilates and HIIT to create an intense fat burning program. It consists of 3 different circuits with 5 to 6 exercises each. Every exercise will be performed for 45sec with a 15sec break between exercises.

All of our classes are taught in English. This class is not suitable for beginners.

**COVID MEASURES PLEASE READ! All CLIENTS ARE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE PROOF OF RECOVERY, VACCINATION, OR TESTING UPON ARRIVAL. (GENESEN, GEIMPFT, GETESTET / GRÜNEN PASS)

Please present all the required information upon arrival, without it you will not be allowed to take part in class. **

• Antigen tests done at testing station or pharmacies no older than 48 hours. 
• PCR tests no older than 72 hours. 
• At-home self tests that were done with video supervision and sent into a lab will be valid for 24 hrs.
• If you’ve already had COVID and recovered from it up to 6 months ago or are vaccinated and 21 days have passed since your vaccination, you will be allowed to participate. Proof must be provided in both cases.

Our safety/hygene measure We keep a safe distance in between mats to make sure everyone can workout safely. Clients and trainers have to wear an FFP2 masks upon arrival and in the common areas such as changing room and toilets Clients are to disinfect their hands upon arrival. Please either bring your own mat or disinfects your used equipment after class. * Showers are currently not available.
