We abide by a strict 24h cancellations policy, therefore cancellations under 24-h will not be honored.
If you would like to transfer your class to someone else, please call/text and let us know to whom we can give your class to.
There are NO EXCEPTIONS to this policy other than documented medical emergencies or a same day COVID diagnosis.
