I had my first ever aerial yoga class this morning and it was other-worldly. The studio is very cozy and clean, the atmosphere is warm and relaxed and there is always free water and tea. Madalina (the aerial yoga instructor and owner of the studio) is not only a real professional in her field, but above all the most pure-hearted and genuine soul I have ever met! Thank you for your care, your inputs (also concerning nutrition), the deep talk we had for min. an hour after the class and most of all your authentic aura – what a positive refreshment in this often so negative, cold and fake world! For me it was therapy I didn't know I needed but now I'm craving for more. Take care Madalina and see you very soon :)

About the Team

Always a student, Madalina has completed over 1500 hours of Yoga trainings and her style is strongly influenced by the teachings of Tirumalai Krishnamacharya. She embraces the philosophy and ethics of yoga and designs her classes to her student’s specific needs.

In addition to weekly classes, Madalina leads corporate events, international retreats and teacher trainings. Her classes combine creative sequencing, a spirit of playfulness, and a dose of inspiration.

Lastly, Madalina’s close to the heart passion lies in promoting a cruelty free lifestyle. You can often find her sharing her support for #livecrueltyfree on her IG and sharing the joy of making simple and compassionate choices every day.

The studio offers an opportunity for visitors to practice and enjoy movement , to gather and grow in community. Our goal is for every student to feel comfortable in class while moving in their own unique way.
We kindly ask that you be mindful of the following guidelines that help keep our studio clean, warm and welcoming. It’s our goal to provide a safe and supportive space so that all members may enjoy a positive class experience Be Punctual All our classes start and end on time.
We respect everyone’s practice so we encourage all participants to arrive 10-15 minutes prior to the start of class. Please note it is our policy to not allow late entry and doors are locked once the class begins. Attending Class Please practice as instructed by the teacher and do not practice your own series during class. Studio Bring comfortable clothes. Mats, hammocks and all other props are being offered free of charge and we always have water and tea complimentary. We have a changing room with lockers where you can leave your belongings.

We understand situations can occur so if you booked a class and missed write/call us and we will find a solution for you.
