Mudralina Mindful Living is a passion project, with the mission to offer you a welcoming and friendly space, where you can share your practice, sip some tea and enjoy community bounding.

Our main inspiration was to find an approach to wellness and yoga that is community oriented, practical and could be easily integrated in a studio. By incorporating a mindful living approach, the aim of our classes is a therapy of both body and mind.

Mindful living is more than a tag line, it changes the way we react and interact, by being aware of what is happening right now.

Come and share your practice with us, in a friendly and welcoming environment.
