ist ein regenerativer, meditativer Yogastil. Mit Pölstern, Decken und Blöcken ausgerüstet geht es auf die Matte. Die Positionen werden mit möglichst wenig Muskelanspannung 2–5 Minunten passiv gehalten, um das Bindegewebe und die Faszien zu stimulieren. Bei Kerzenlicht und mit ruhiger Musik kann man so richtig gut „runterfahren“, durch die oft intensiven Dehnungen geht einem die Konzentration trotzdem nicht verloren! YinYoga ist ein gutes Kontrastprogramm zu den sehr aktiven, körperlich anstrengenden AshtangaVinyasa- oder Hatha-Einheiten.

With some streaming providers (e.g. Zoom) it is possible for participants to see each other. However, it is theoretically possible to deactivate the camera function. The name you enter when entering the online meeting room is displayed to other participants. However, you can always change your name (e.g. only the initials). Please note: Individual rules for online participation may apply for each class or venue.
