At our yoga teacher training, we place great importance on delivering the highest quality content and experience to our students. We believe that yoga is all about growth and creating a better world, which is why we strive to provide you with the best possible training.
History, Philosophy and Practice
Our program is built upon a strong foundation of deep yoga practice, but unlike other trainings, we also delve into the philosophical and spiritual roots of yoga. During the training, we will explore the traditional texts of Yoga, the root tantras of Kundalini Yoga and Hatha Yoga, and the radiant heart that resides within them. We are thrilled to share these ancient secrets with you.
This training follows the long tradition of yoga going back to Satyananda and the tantric lineage of Laksmanjoo. We incorporate the beauty and power of Hatha Yoga, as well as the energy and passion of Kundalini. Ultimately, the essence of this teaching is simply your own heart - your most important teacher.
Individual timetable possible
Our program is designed to be internationally oriented, and all course materials and instruction will be delivered in English to allow people from all around the world to connect and learn together.
You can start your training anytime with an individual schedule and flexibility. We combine deep practical training with a comprehensive theoretical component, in which we delve into the philosophical and spiritual sources of yoga. As a registered YOGA ALLIANCE school, we offer in-depth and high-quality courses that provide a comprehensive insight into the world of traditional Hatha and Kundalini Yoga.
Modules:
- 1.Module - Philosophy and History of Hatha and Kundalini Yoga
In this module, we dive into the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, The Bhagavad Gita, and the Ishavasya Upanishad, exploring the foundations of yogic philosophy. We examine what yoga means today and how modern Kundalini and Hatha Yoga evolved from ancient tantra and spirituality.
- 2.Module - Yogic Anatomy, Chakras, Koshas, Prana, Western Anatomy
This 2nd module is all about the inner world of yoga - a world of vision and magic. We study the Manthan Bhairava Tantra and Purnananda's Sat Chakra Nirupana, discovering exercises for these inner worlds, exploring bija and sound in yoga. We also learn about the planes of reality - the koshas, prana, the flow of life, and classical western anatomy.
- 3. Module - Class Design, Didactics, Asana, Kriya
The third module teaches us how to create a yoga class, from its structure and design to its didactics. We learn how to create a class in a natural flow and how everyone can develop their talents in the practice of yoga. We explore the Pavanmuktasana and 42 Asanas and Kriyas.
- 4. Module - Pranayama, Bandha, Mudra
In this module, we study the Hatha Yoga Pradipika and the Goraksha Shatakam, both dealing with Kundalini Yoga and techniques such as Bandha and Mudra, as well as the breathing techniques of Hatha and Kundalini Yoga. We learn the Maha Mudra, Ajagari, and Sukshma Vyayama.
- 5. Module - Tantra, Siva Sutras, Meditation, and Vijnana Bhairava Tantra
In the final module, we discover the beauty of tantric philosophy and dive into the mysticism of the Shiva Sutras. Then, we explore the Vijnana Bhairava Tantra, a journey to tantric meditation that seeks to make all possible experiences a vehicle for cosmic experience. Join us on this journey and experience the transformative power of yoga.
