We offer free pick-ups from Sligo bus/train station.

FOR WHOM?

​

Week 1 (Beginner/Intermediate):This week is designed for aerialists with enough aerial experience to safely climb the silks, perform several footlocks and hip keys in the air throughout class and invert from the air (a tiny bit of cheating is allowed - we will work on those inversions during our workshops!) Additionally, you should be able to stay in the air for a short sequence.

 

INCLUDED​

• 7 nights at Sligo Sea Barn, a luxury accommodation directly at the coast
• All meals (except 1 dinner in town): dinner and lunch are vegan and homemade, for breakfast there will be a self-serving option
• All Aerial classes (around 20 studio hours in total)
• Transportation to and from the aerial studio
• All group activities: Surf Class, Seaweed Bath, Beach Walk, Game Night
