This winter we'll be guests at the fantastic MH76 Training in the beautiful 7th district!

Our trainings on Wednesdays will focus around HIIT training in various forms with our usual playful nature coming in and keeping our workouts FUNdamentally different!

A reminder for those nervous about their fitness level: Everything we do, we do with all the different fitness levels in mind; so the exercises are always adjustable to your level and you’re always strongly encouraged to take it at your own pace!

Fine print you should keep in mind: - As we are still quite small and have to rent this location, we will need at least 3 sign-ups 24 hours before start to host this training here. If at this point we do not have at least 3 sign-ups, WE WILL STILL host the training, but will need to move it to our outdoor location - in this case, we will cancel this event and will make a replacement event live with the alternate location - we kindly ask you to book the replacement event if you still wish to attend.
