@_danoushka - Redirection, Reinvention and Surprise (Rope)

This workshop is all about breaking patterns on the rope - a chance to surprise yourself and rewire how you habitually move in the air. We work partly on specific knots, puzzles, and sequences on the rope, as well as guided tasks from base positions that challenge and develop your own creative vocabulary.

Level requirements: able to climb and invert comfortably
