You can expect a 2hours workshop combining self-growth tools with breathwork. Each session is dedicated to a specific topic around personal growth, overcoming obstacles, letting go and connecting to yourself as well as finding strength and peace within. After we’ve been ‘warming and opening you up’ the workshop finds its peak in PSYCHEDELIC BREATH® - a dynamic breathing technique combining ancient breathing techniques curated with a set of electronic music that elevates your senses. Details and how to prepare

Start with ease and arrive approx. 15 minutes before class. We start our session on time and lock the front door at the beginning. Eat light, dress comfy and bring something to write as we might do some journaling and you want to write down your insights in your favorite book :) Mats, tea and water will be prepared for you.
