Silks:Choreo Intermediate

This 6-week series develops a full choreography on aerial silks, focusing on flow, transitions, and movement quality.

Each week, we build and refine parts of a longer sequence, gradually connecting them into one continuous phrase. The work emphasizes clarity, control, and how movements link together in the air.

The choreography is set to music for piano and cello, supporting a calm, expressive, and fluid dynamic.

Each class begins with a warm-up integrating elements of modern dance, yoga, Pilates, and Qi Gong–inspired breathing, connecting breath, spine, and grounded control. This establishes the physical foundation for efficient movement and continuity in the air.

Level: Intermediate (comfortable with knee climbs, several inversions, and basic sequences)Prerequisite: Completion of Level 6 (or equivalent)
