Monika Palova & Sean McIlraith - Duo rope

-      Pre-requisites: strong two hand grip, understanding of basic wraps on rope, such as catchers and hiplock

-      During this workshop, students will work in pairs or trios on the floor and in the air, learning basic base and flyer technique and exploring how two bodies can move together and around each other. The workshop will be broken into structured conditioning, technique and choreography part, as well as a creative part. Students will be led through a series of creative and explorative exercises to help them find positions and transitions that suit their bodies and level of experience. Along with the technique and creative exercises, the tutors will share some of their own original choreography that students will be invited to learn and explore.
