MOVING BEYOND POLARITY Inner Freedom Through Playfulness with Yin & Yang

This workshop series is designed to explore the dynamic relationship between Yin and Yang, helping participants cultivate inner freedom through playful exploration. It’s time to evolve beyond the separation of gender-specific circles. Let’s celebrate our unique identities together! We all embody both Yin (divine feminine) and Yang (divine masculine) energies, and it’s time to activate them in a way that serves each of us best. Everyone is welcome. Each workshop combines guided meditation, self-investigation, partner exercises, movement, voice work, and group dialogue. You can attend each workshop separately.

Yin energy is associated with receptivity, intuition, creativity, and deep wisdom. This workshop helps you embrace your feminine energy, whether it manifests as softness, mystery, or playfulness. In a fast-paced world driven by productivity, we will practice letting go and surrendering to the flow.

Yang energy is associated with thought, structure, discipline, and outward movement. Often misunderstood, Yang is very giving and caring. It can act as a supportive container for feminine energy. We’ll explore our beliefs about masculinity, appreciate its positive aspects, and learn to embody healthy forms of this energy.

In the final workshop, we’ll explore the interplay between Yin and Yang, experiencing how they complement and balance each other. Through a playful combination of techniques, participants will embrace the joy and freedom that comes from integrating both energies.
