Claudio Vitale - Silks Intensive

The first day of the workshop will be dedicated to the aerial silk technique, in particular by strengthening the fundamental basis, such as climbings, descends, drops, and transitions, as well as other techniques and types of spin. The whole work will be divided into phases, thus allowing each of the students to process all the notions previously learned and to handle better the personal training. 

The second day's focus will be transitions, creations, musicality, and the quality of the movement. Different exercises and practical concepts will be introduced, to stimulate and incite their creativity. In this process, it is paramount to deeply understand how sounds, voices, rhythm, and even vibrations constantly influence our movement, driving it toward an exploration of time and space.

Level requirements: - Intermediate & Advanced: 3-4 (more or less) clean straddles are necessary to set up the physical work in any direction, regardless of the resistance..
