We'll use the chair to access poses in fresh and innovative ways, discovering how it can:

• Provide support exactly where you need it
• Create space you didn't know was possible
• Make challenging poses more accessible
• Add new dimensions to familiar asanas
• Even turn some poses completely upside down (or right-side up, depending on your perspective!)
