The School of Inversions

Join us on a four week journey towards inversions. We will walk you through the basics of inversions practice. Our focus will be on the handstand and along the journey we will focus on learning the headstand and forearm stand as well. In a small group of 15 people we will step by step work on building strength and trust in our abilities. Each week we will begin with a two-hour workshop where we go through our weekly focus points and explain to you your homework until the next workshop and check on you through the week to give you feedback. • Workshops will take place every Thursday. If you cannot catch the live stream you can view a recording of the video afterwards. Price includes:
