In our classes we will use yoga therapy flow, that makes our practice safe and can let us achieve specific goals with the health. We will work with the spine, reproductive system, cardiovascular system, endocrine system, improve venous outflow and much more. The breath synchronization of Flow yoga is said to maximize the positive benefits of the practice, making it like a moving meditation. The breath works by: Maintaining the pace of the sequence, preventing rushing through postures Keeping the body temperature consistent Giving a greater mental focus Helping block out distractions Assisting in finding the proper form of postures Alexandra teaches in English

Whether the class is fast or slow, includes meditation, pranayama, or is very alignment oriented will depend on the individual teacher. A short yet deep relaxation or a meditation will finish the class for you to integrate the effects of the practice. Like all styles of yoga, Vinyasa has both mental and physical benefits. Physically, sweat expels toxins and re-energizes your body, muscles are toned and stretched, organs are massaged by successively contracting, expanding or twisting the body.
