Brussels Yoga Pilates (BYP)

Yoga, Pilates and Reformer classes in the centre of Brussels, near Opera House La Monnaie.

BYP offers classes for all levels, at lunch-time and in the evenings.

We also organize workshops yoga/Pilates/hiking in France and in Italy. More information on these workshops on our website b-y-p.be

BYP has three large spaces, Espace BYP, Espace Reformer Pilates (Rue d'argent 2) and Studio Monnaie (27,Rue leopold).

Our dedicated teachers love their job and enjoy working with their students. They are highly qualified and appreciate the relaxed and friendly working atmosphere at BYP and care about their students.

They also organize workshops at BYP at the weekends and in Italy to get to know their students better.

Häufig gestellte Fragen

Normally BYP is fully equipped with yoga mats, Pilates mats and props. You take off your shoes at the entrance. You do not need shoes for yoga and Pilates, but some people like socks, especially for the relaxation at the end of the class so as not get cold.
No need unless you prefer practice on your own mat.
We have limited space as we have to work in small groups for security reasons. For the reformer classes cancellation is possible 24hours before and for the mat classes 2hours before.
Do not forget that we like a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, so bring along your good humour and a smile for us all:))
