We invite you to visit our yoga studio for a truly inclusive experience! We offer all classes in English, ensuring accessibility to all. Our primary focus is on building a warm and welcoming community, where you can connect with like-minded individuals and foster meaningful relationships while enjoying the benefits of yoga. Come join us on a journey of self-discovery, wellness, and unity.
Please take a moment to review a few guidelines, to ensure a positive and enjoyable experience: · Our cozy studio offers an intimate class size, so we can ensure personalised attention. Therefore, we cannot accept drop-ins, please always pre register before joining a class. · We encourage you to read the class description, to understand it's focus and intensity, so you can choose what suits you best · Please be punctual. Arrive 10-15 minutes before start time, so you can settle in. For security reasons, when the session starts the door will be locked. · Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. Avoid wearing anything too loose or baggy, as it may hinder your movement during the practice. · Always listen to your body and practice within your own limits. Remember yoga is not a competition, it's more about progress than perfection. And the goal is to find balance, harmony and inner peace through the practice.
Come as you are, everything you need is provided: · professional yoga mats · equipment to support your practice · lockers for your personal belongings · treats, water and tea Everything is complimentary, there are no extra charges.
