    the only negative I see is its pricey and its hard to book a class when your spontaneous. However, the quality is amazing (Jadwiga and Anna are fire!!) it's all you want in a pilates studio!!!

    For us, Pilates is not a lifestyle, but part of our life. Our goal is to provide a welcoming environment where you can achieve your goals. Whether it is toning up, improving posture and mobility or just feeling confident in your own skin. We don’t stop at the physical benefits. At Bondi Studios, we believe in building a strong, supportive community.
    Our classes are designed to suit everybody, whether you’ve tried Reformer Pilates before or you’re brand new. If you are new to Reformer workouts, we recommend you book into a BONDI BALANCE class. This is a group class with more focus on your individual needs, taught at a pace that allows you to get to know the equipment and principles or our flows. WEAR: We suggest wearing comfortable, form-fitting clothing that allows for movement, ideally with some stretch. Avoid clothing with zippers or buttons.BRING: Please bring a water bottle to make sure you stay hydrated during your workout. Chilled water and juices are also available for purchase at our studio. Please also bring your own sweat towel. ARRIVING: Please arrive 10 minutes early for your first class so that you can get to know the studio, your instructor and the Reformer. Our studios are shoe-free, with designated areas to leave your footwear. DURATION: Our sessions are 55 minutes long, with designated time for warm-up and cool-down. CLEANING: After every class we will ensure the Reformer (or mat) are disinfected. SAFETY: For your own health & safety, you cannot enter the class once we started moving. To make the most of your workout, we recommend to bring grippy socks. We have a small changing area and kindly ask that you bring minimal belongings to help keep these areas clear and your personal items safe. AMENITIES: We offer toilets, a changing room and storage for your personal items. Showers are not provided in our studio. PREGNANCY: With the proper modifications, many women practice Pilates during pregnancy. If you would like to keep moving with us during this special time, please get your doctor's approval first. We offer a designated BUMPS&BABIES class, where you can also bring your baby (until 4 months old) along. POST-NATAL: We will be delighted to welcome you back at the studio, with your doctor’s approval, at a minimum of 6 weeks following a natural birth and 10-12 weeks post C-section. We recommend you book a Bumps&Babies class for your first session back. ADVANCED CLASSES: We offer special 70 minute advanced flows called BONDI BOOST. We recommend to only book into these flows once you have tried a few Bondi Burn classes, as they are not only longer in time but also more challenging in pace and and require the knowledge of our fundamental techniques and exercises.
    Everything you'll need for your workout is at the studio. Socks are a requirement to move with us and special grippy pilates socks are available for purchase at the studio.
    CANCELLATION POLICY: You can cancel your class 24 hours in advance through Eversports and your class credits will be refunded. Class cancellations within the 24 hour time period of your class will result in forfeiting the class and credits will not be refunded without a proof of a medical certificate. LATENESS: Due to safety reasons and respect to other class members, we have the following policy: once the curtain is closed and we have started moving, entry is NOT PERMITTED anymore. Your spot will be forfeited and your credit will not be refunded. Especially if it is your first flow, please arrive with at least 10 minutes to spare, so we can introduce you to the equipment before your class.     FREE PARKING: You can park for free in the nearby streets, just make sure to bring a "Parkuhr". Unfortunately there are strictly no parking spaces on site. Paid Parking: is almost always available at Volksgarten, a short 5min walk away. Important: Parking on neighbouring properties is not allowed and could result in hefty fines. LANGUAGE: Pilates is a universal language - so don't be afraid to join our classes if you are not German or English native. Most of our teachers speak German and English and will make sure you feel at home in our studio.
