About us

The Good Vibes Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu school is located in St. Pölten, Austria. The school is founded by Michael Maarup Pedersen who is a Jiu-Jitsu black belt from Denmark now living in Vienna. Michael has more than 20 years of experience with Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and has studied extensively the art of teaching Jiu-Jitsu to both adults and children.

The vision with Good Vibes Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu school is to give people a sense of empowerment and the ability to defend themself and their friends and family on the street, in school, at home, or any other environment where you might be attacked, be it physically or verbally. All this in the least amount of time possible. This is done by offering very well-structured and organized programs, that are specialized for adults, women, and for kids of all ages.

Just make sure you show up with a positive attitude and ready to learn and we will take care of the rest!
For the first classes wear loose sportswear and later it will be required to wear a white gi with a t-shirt or rashguard underneath.
Family membership: Family members who live in the same household and have a direct family relationship (spouses, children or siblings) can receive a reduction in contributions with a family membership, as long as an individual membership (full member) has already been completed. The authorization for the first additional member of the family is 25% of the agreed monthly contribution, each additional family member receives a reduction of 50% of the agreed monthly contribution.
