    Willkommen im Dein Zentrum, deinem Yoga-Studio im Herzen von Bad Goisern! Unsere Oase der Ruhe und Gelassenheit liegt äußerst zentral in der Unteren Marktstraße 12 und ist spezialisiert auf Yoga vor und nach der Geburt sowie die Zeit danach.

    Stell dir vor, wie du in einem lichtdurchfluteten Raum voller positiver Energie ankommst. Schon beim Betreten spürst du die wohltuende Atmosphäre, die eigens geschaffen wurde, um dir und deinem Baby eine Auszeit vom hektischen Alltag zu ermöglichen. Unser Studio ist ein Ort der Entspannung und Harmonie, perfekt darauf abgestimmt, dass du dich vollkommen auf dich und dein Baby konzentrieren kannst.

    Unser Kursangebot umfasst eine Vielzahl an Yoga-Kursen, die speziell auf die Bedürfnisse während der Schwangerschaft, nach der Geburt und darüber hinaus abgestimmt sind. In liebevoller und professioneller Atmosphäre begleiten wir dich durch diese besondere Zeit, stärken deinen Körper und fördern dein Wohlbefinden. Wir sind darauf bedacht, eine Gemeinschaft zu schaffen, in der du dich wohl und unterstützt fühlst.

    Über das Team

    Über Griet
    Schon seit meiner Kindheit erkunde ich mit Begeisterung die Welt der Bewegung und kreativen Ausdrucksformen. Ich bin in Belgien geboren und meine Reise führte mich 2004 zur renommierten Tanzakademie de Kunsthumaniora in Antwerpen (Belgien), wo ich meine Liebe zum Tanz auf einer neuen Ebene erleben durfte. 2011 schloss ich meine Ausbildung mit dem Hauptfach Tanz an der Experimental Academy of Dance (SEAD) in Salzburg ab.

    Während meiner Tanzausbildung suchte ich nach einem ganzheitlichen und schonenden Körpertraining. So fand ich meine Erfüllung im Yoga und Pilates, was mir eine tiefe Verbindung zu meinem Körper und Geist ermöglichte.

    Als Schülerin und später als Trainerin habe ich die positiven Auswirkungen dieses Trainings selbst erfahren: verbesserte Körperbalance, ein harmonisches Zusammenspiel von Kraft und Flexibilität sowie ein gesteigertes Körperbewusstsein.

    Seit Juli 2018 bin ich in Bad Goisern am Hallstättersee beheimatet und teile dort meine Leidenschaft als Yoga- und Pilates-Trainerin sowie als Personal Trainerin mit Fokus auf prä- und postnalate Begleitung.

    Die Geburt meiner Tochter im April 2020 schenkte mir eine noch tiefere Verbundenheit mit dem Körper und seiner unendlichen Kraft. Aus diesem Grund entschied ich mich, eine umfassende Ausbildung in Pränatalem, Postnatalem und Mama & Baby Yoga zu absolvieren.

    Es ist meine größte Freude, Körper und Geist in Einklang zu bringen, indem ich verschiedene Bewegungen und Techniken vereine. Mein Fokus liegt dabei stets auf der individuellen Entwicklung jeder einzelnen Person.
