    DANIELA - Fitnesstrainerin & smoveyCOACH

    Seit über zwei Jahren betreibe ich Kraftsport, da ich mit meiner Kondition nicht mehr zufrieden war. In diesen zwei Jahren habe ich über 20 Kilogramm verloren und Qualifikationen gewonnen.

    An der Flexyfit Academy habe ich die Ausbildung zur Fitnesstrainerin absolviert und bilde mich dort aktuell zur Diplomierten Health Fitness & Personal Trainerin weiter.

    Im Zuge des Gesundheitssports bin ich mit den smoveys in Berührung gekommen und war sofort begeistert von diesem effektiven und motivierenden Training. Daher habe ich eine smoveyCOACH-Ausbildung absolviert und bilde mich auch in diesem Bereich stetig weiter.

    Zu guter Letzt haben mein Mann und ich einen Samojeden-Welpen bekommen, der unseren Alltag noch aktiver gestaltet. Daher haben wir Konzepte entwickelt, um mit Hund trainieren zu können.

    JOACHIM - Kursassistent

    Vor zwei Jahren habe ich mich von Daniela mitreißen lassen und bin erstmals seit langer Zeit wieder zum Training. Ich habe sehr schnell wieder Freude daran gefunden und auch einige überschüssige Kilo verloren.

    Durch eine neurologische Krankheit beschäftige ich mich hauptsächlich mit Koordination, Balance und Mobilitäts-Training, was ich in Zukunft auch in eigenen Kursen anbieten werde.

    Aktuell unterstütze ich Daniela bei der Kursdurchführung, werde aber auch eine smovey-COACH-Ausbildung absolvieren. Unser Samojede hilft mir tatkräftig bei neuen Kursideen und testet immer gerne die Hunde-Tauglichkeit.

    Also, schaut bei uns regelmäßig rein! Es wird immer wieder auch etwas Neues geben!

    Häufig gestellte Fragen

    Fitopia ist einzigartig. Wir bieten nicht nur Fitnesstraining im klassischen Sinne, sondern haben uns zusätzlich auf Training mit smovey spezialisiert. Wenn du ein Training suchst, dass sowohl Ausdauer als auch Kraft anspricht, deinen gesamten Muskelapparat und Lymphsystem anspricht und dazu noch mega Spaß macht, dann bist du bei uns an der richtigen Adresse! Wir bieten sowohl Outdoor Training an der frischen Luft mit Wald für die Seele sowie Live-Classes online, die man bequem zu Hause mitmachen kann. Und für alle, die es noch flexibler brauchen, gibt es Trainingsvideos on demand in unserer Videothek.
    Es wird vorausgesetzt, dass eine Teilnahme an unseren Kursen, Trainings und Klassen ein sportliche Grundeignung erfordern und prinzipiell für gesunde Menschen konzipiert sind. Falls gesundheitliche Probleme vorliegen, sollte zunächst der Hausarzt zu Rate gezogen werden, ob eine Teilnahme aus gesundheitlicher Sicht durchführbar ist. Fitopia übernimmt für Verletzungen beim Training oder falsche Handhabe der Geräte keinerlei Haftung. Die Teilnahme bei unseren Kursen, Trainings und Klassen erfolgt ausschließlich auf eigene Gefahr.
    Bitte komm bereits in Fitnessbekleidung mit festem Schuhwerk. Da unsere Trainings outdoor stattfinden, gibt es KEINE Umziehmöglichkeiten vor Ort. Abgesehen von passender Trainingsbekleidung und Schuhen, bitte Wasser und Handtuch mitbringen, sowie eigene smoveyRINGE (falls vorhanden).
    Du kannst deine eigenen smoveys mitbringen oder direkt bei uns ausleihen. Die Leihgebühr wird direkt vor Ort bezahlt (nur Kartenzahlung). Leihgebühr smoveys 5€ Für smoveyDOG brauchst du eine Jogging-Leine, damit du die Hände frei hast. Hier kannst du ebenfalls eine eigene mitbringen oder bei uns ausleihen (vor Ort nur Kartenzahlung). Leihgebühr Jogging-Leine 3€
    Falls du einmal an einer bereits gebuchten Einheit nicht teilnehmen kannst, sage uns bitte rechtzeitig Bescheid. Bei Absagen bis 24 Stunden vorher, kannst du die Einheit zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt nachholen. Bei kurzfristigeren Absagen entscheiden wir fallweise, zB bei plötzlicher Krankheit, Unfall oÄ
