Ich habe Yoga bei Bettina GOING Leyla mehrmals Stunde gehabt und ihre Stimme, Musik und positive Energie haben immer geholfen ganz im Hier und Jetzt zu sein. Ganz cool fang ich auch ihre Schwerpunkt und Kno-How mit weiblichen Hormonen und wie die durch Yoga beeinflusst werden können! Danke für die tollen Stunden. Immer wieder gerne dabei!
