Listen to your body During the COVID-19 please bring your own Mat and Towel! There are no studio mats available. Please come changed into your yoga clothes. Showers and toilets are closed. Bring your water bottle.

You need to bring your own Mat and a Towel. There is no equipments to be borrowed so perhaps a block and a strap can be handy.

Please respect the 8 hour cancellation window otherwise your card will still be charged. There will be no refund if you don't show up.
