    La salle se trouve au premier étage du bâtiment, elle n'est pas accessible autrement que par les escaliers. Il est important d'arriver à l'heure pour que le cadre soit défini avec l'entièreté du groupe. En cas de retard, l'intervenant.e se réserve le droit de te refuser l'accès sans remboursement possible.
    La liste du matériel à apporter est indiquée si nécessaire dans la description de chaque atelier. Pour le cursus débutant en shibari, des cordes peuvent être prêtées.
    Les ateliers ne sont remboursables que sur présentation d'un certificat médical. En revanche, si tu as un empêchement autre que pour une raison médicale : · Jusqu'à 15 jours avant le début de l'atelier, nous pourrons te proposer un avoir de la valeur de l'atelier ou un report sur un atelier similaire pendant la session en cours* · Tu as aussi la possibiltié de revendre ou transférer ta place à une personne de ton choix, pour autant qu'elle ait les prérequis indiqués en description de l'atelier (en terme de niveau ou de mixité choisie) *Si tu as besoin d'annuler ta venue, tu peux nous écrire par mail (alternee.bxl@gmail.com), on te donnera la liste des ateliers pour lesquels tu peux reporter ton inscription ou on te fera l'avoir.
    Pour chaque atelier, nous mettons à disposition quelques tickets "Pay what you can". Si tu n'as pas les moyens de participer à un atelier, n'hésite pas à nous écrire par mail ! Nous limitons l'utilisation de ces tickets à 2 ateliers par personne par session. Tu choisiras selon tes moyens le prix que tu souhaites payer pour l'atelier, avec un minimum correspondant à la moitié du "tarif normal". Le nombre de tickets est limité pour chaque atelier, nous ne pourrons donc pas en proposer à tout le monde. Si le nombre est atteint, nous te proposerons d'autres ateliers qui pourraient t'intéresser.
