Our training concept combines strength & conditioning, HYROX-inspired performance training, functional fitness and athletic development in a structured and results-driven environment.
We focus on high-quality coaching, small group training, open gym access and individual performance development. Our workouts are designed to improve strength, endurance, movement quality and overall athletic performance.
Mike’s Yard is an official HYROX-affiliate training environment and ideal for beginners, recreational athletes and competitive HYROX athletes.

Mike’s Yard is led by Michael himself, certified Personal Trainer, Strength & Conditioning Coach and official HYROX Coach.
Michael has coached more then 5000 thousand classes over the past years and has extensive experience in group training, performance coaching and athlete development.
The coaching philosophy is based on structure, progression and long-term performance development — not random workouts.
