Our training concept combines strength & conditioning, HYROX-inspired performance training, functional fitness and athletic development in a structured and results-driven environment.

We focus on high-quality coaching, small group training, open gym access and individual performance development. Our workouts are designed to improve strength, endurance, movement quality and overall athletic performance.

Mike’s Yard is an official HYROX-affiliate training environment and ideal for beginners, recreational athletes and competitive HYROX athletes.

Mike’s Yard is led by Michael himself, certified Personal Trainer, Strength & Conditioning Coach and official HYROX Coach.

Michael has coached more then 5000 thousand classes over the past years and has extensive experience in group training, performance coaching and athlete development.

The coaching philosophy is based on structure, progression and long-term performance development — not random workouts.

At Mike’s Yard, members are coached, supported and challenged to reach their full potential in a professional and motivating environment.

Mike’s Yard is not a typical gym. We focus on structured, performance-driven training that helps you get stronger, fitter and more resilient. Our workouts combine strength training, conditioning and HYROX-inspired performance training in a professional coaching environment. We keep group sizes manageable to ensure high coaching quality and personal attention. Whether you are new to functional training, preparing for HYROX or simply want to train in a high-quality performance environment — Mike’s Yard is built to help you improve and stay consistent. Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your first session so we can introduce you to the studio, equipment and workout structure. Wear comfortable sports clothing and clean indoor training shoes. Bring a towel and water bottle (no glass). Our coaches will guide you through the workout and adjust exercises if needed. You do not need prior experience — we scale workouts for all fitness levels.
No — we provide all necessary training equipment. We use high-quality functional training equipment including kettlebells, barbells, cardio machines and HYROX-style training tools. You only need to bring training clothes, indoor shoes, towel and water bottle.
Mike’s Yard is a performance-focused training environment. We value respect, effort and a positive training atmosphere. Please bring clean indoor training shoes and respect the training space and equipment. Our goal is to create a strong training community where beginners and experienced athletes can train together and improve continuously. If you have injuries or limitations, please inform the coach before class so we can adapt exercises if needed. We are here to help you train better, safer and more consistently.
If you cannot attend a booked session, please cancel your booking via Eversports as early as possible. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged according to our booking and cancellation policy. This helps us keep class quality high and allows other members to take your spot. If you have an emergency, please contact us directly and we will always try to find a fair solution.
