Über uns

Frei im Sein * Kreire mit Yoga&Achtsamkeit deine persönlichen Mindful Moments.

Ich bin ausgebildete Yogalehrerin, Mindful Movement -, sowie Prä-und Postnatale Trainerin. Während meiner Ausbildung habe ich mich sehr auf das Thema Achtsamkeit spezialisiert und auf die Balance zwischen Bewegung und Entspannung.

Da ich selber, als 2fache Mama, so viele gute Erfahrung mit achtsamer Bewegung, Entspannung und Achtsamkeit gemacht habe, möchte ich auch anderen Menschen zu mehr gesünderer Bewegung, Entspannung, sowie zu mehr Ausgeglichenheit und einem besseren Körpergefühl verhelfen.

Was sind deine gesundheitlichen Benefits?

Mit achtsamen, fließenden Bewegungen kannst du:

  • Stresshormone abbauen und gleichzeitig die Glückshormone steigen lassen – dh du steigerst dein Wohlbefinden, sowohl auf physischer Ebene, als auch auf der mentalen Ebene
  • deinen Körper mobilisieren und stärken, während dein Geist entspannen kann (keine Sorge, auch die körperliche Entspannung kommt nicht zu kurz)
  • dein Immunsystem stärken
  • dein Selbstbewusstsein stärken
  • deinen Körper und dessen Bedürfnisse wieder besser wahrnehmen.

Gerne begleite ich auch werdene Mamas individuell mit achtsamer Bewegung, Meditation und Entspannung für eine achtsame Geburtsvorbereitung, sowohl auf physischer, als auch mentaler Ebene. Über das Team

Gerne möchte ich dir etwas über mich erzählen.

Ich bin Claudia, bin 38 Jahre alt und wohne in Wiener Neustadt. Ich bin glücklich verheiratet und stolze Mama von 2 zauberhaften Mädchen. Neben Yoga und Bewegung, liebe ich es u.a. zu lesen, Musik zu hören, ins Theater zu gehen und viele tolle Erlebnisse gemeinsam mit meiner kleinen Familie zu sammeln.

Was gibts es noch über mich zu sagen?

Ich baue mir mein kleines Gesundheitsunternehmen mit meinem Herzensthema Achtsamkeit auf, was mein absoluter Herzenswunsch ist.

Mein großes Ziel ist es Menschen wieder näher zu sich selbst und Ihrem Körper zu bringen. Nach vielen Jahren habe ich auch in meine eigene Balance gefunden, und dieses gute Gefühl möchte ich auch gerne weitergeben.

Ich habe folgende Zertifizierungen abschloßen:

Yoga (200h) Pilates (100h) Dance 4 Health, Mindful Movement (400h), Prä-und Postnatales Training (50h), Yin Yoga (50h)

Yoga, Pilates und Tanz begleiten mich schon sehr lange – ich liebe diese 3 Bewegungsformen einfach allesamt, und daher möchte diese auch auf meine Art und Weise und mit meinem Schwerpunkt vermitteln.
