    Workout im Siebenzwerge Kinderspiel Café. Super postpartum workout und anschließender gemeinsamer Kaffee und Austausch im Spielraum.

    Ich finde die Übungen richtig gut und es wurde auch immer wieder darauf geschaut, dass die Übungen richtig ausgeführt werden. Leider hallt es in dem Raum massiv weshalb es sehr laut ist, für manche Babys einfach zu laut.

    Ruth ist eine super Trainerin, sie erklärt die Übungen alle sehr gut. Obwohl alle Übungen Postpartum- freundlich sind, kommt man ins Schwitzen und fühlt sich nach jeder Class energiegeladen. Mein Baby und ich fühlen uns immer sehr wohl. Der Café und der Austausch mit anderen Mamis tut auch sehr gut. Immer wieder gerne.

    kleine nette runde. super liebe trainerin. angenehme Atmosphäre! das cafe total super für nachher. leckerer cafe , speisen und vieles mehr.

    Über das Team

    Hi! My name is Ruth, I am a personal trainer + pilates instructor, lover of all forms of movement and a mom to the most wonderful baby. After giving birth, I realized that there are no spaces in Vienna where I could workout as a new mom that doesn't have the possibility of leaving her baby with someone else to go workout.

    So I thought to myself - why not create such a space myself? I have multiple years of experience coaching group fitness classes and working out myself, before during and after pregnancy. I am excited to pass my knowledge on to other mom's that want to do *more* for themselves while still spending time with their babies!

    Häufig gestellte Fragen

    you only need to bring a mat (and towel, if you need one during the workout)
    you can always cancel up to 24h before the class. in case of a last minute emergency, you can contact me via Instagram @mommyandme.vie and I'll shift your booking to another class.
    bring your mat & anything you'll need for your baby (and yourself) - workout props, water and post workout snacks are provided!
    More than a workout, MOMMY&ME FITNESS is a community! During our group classes you get to strengthen & tone your body whilst bonding with your baby and connecting with other mom's. Whether you cannot or don't want to leave your baby alone - there's no reason this should stop you from exercising and taking care of your body which is ultimately gonna help us be the best version of us for ourselves & our babies!
