    Yoga ist, das zur Ruhe bringen der Gedanken im Geist.

    Dieser Satz bringt auf den Punkt, was Yoga ist. Die Definition stammt von dem indischen Gelehrten Pantanjali, der das Yoga-Sutra, einen Leitfaden für den Yogaweg, verfasste. Schön, dass Du da bist.

    Heute einfach mal SEIN. Hier sein. Da sein. Glücklich sein. Still sein. Verrückt und mutig sein.

    My Yoga PLACE ist eine Energie-Tankstelle. Um sich wieder aufzuladen. Sich mit sich selbst verabreden. Vom Denken zum Fühlen. In Kontakt kommen. Für diese Zeit aus der Zeit sein – für mehr Energie, Kraft und Gelassenheit im Alltag, für Familie und Beruf.

    Für mehr Resilienz in herausforderten Zeiten. Auszeiten in Form von Kursen, Workshops oder Personalyoga ganz individuell, sind Impulsgeber für ein glückliches Leben in Balance für Mentale und körperliche Gesundheit. Yoga formt den Körper, klärt den Geist und streichelt die Seele.
    Yoga macht happy! Unmittelbar und für immer. Man kann es fühlen. Sofort! 
    Moderne Hirnforschungen und Erkenntnissen aus dem Bereich Körper und Gesundheit beweisen es und liefern Erklärungen. Neugierig geworden?

    In unserem "Teacher Team" sind alle individuell und authentisch in ihrer Art, trotzdem mit denselben Werten und der tiefen Liebe zu Yoga, gesunder Bewegung und einem Leben in Balance verbunden.

    My Yoga Place vereint die Traktion des Yogas in verschiedenen Stilen und modernem Kontext. Egal ob Yoga Neuling oder Fortgeschrittene/-r, hier findest Du täglich die passenden Yogastunden für Dich.
    Unsere Offenen Yogastunden sind gemacht zum Ankommen & Mitmachen. Melde Dich dafür ganz bequem über die Eversports App an und sichere Dir Deinen Place.
    Yoga wird barfuß und in bequemer Kleidung geübt. Yogamatten und Hilfsmittel stellen wir Dir kostenlos zur Verfügung. Unsere Türen sind 15 Minuten vor Unterrichtsbeginn geöffnet. Wir beginnen stets pünktlich mit unseren Stunden. Wir bitten um Verständnis dafür, dass nach Beginn der Stunde kein Einlass mehr gewährt werden kann.
    Solltest du es nicht zum Kurs schaffen, bitten wir dich rechtzeitig zu stornieren, so dass wir deinen Platz weitergeben können.
    Für das eigene Wohlbefinden ca. 1,5 Stunden vor Kursbeginnnichts schwer Verdauliches mehr zu essen. Tee und Wasser steht im Studio vor und während dem Kurs bereit für Dich.
