We don't use machines, we use our own body weight for conscious muscle work in healthy postures.
We train in a group of nice people and good beats will accompany us.
The sessions last 60 minutes. If English speaking people are among you the classes will take place in English.

This is the best place for Pilates - I can’t recommend it enough (and I always do). All thanks to the great trainer Chrissy who makes it motivating also for total beginners, and challenging when you want to go further 💪🏼 I’m a Pilates convert and you should try it too! Ideally in piu!

Christina is an amazing teacher. Her classes have a beautiful flow, incorporating various exercises that challenge you while also keeping you motivated. She creates a fun and enjoyable atmosphere, making the sessions even more engaging. After just a few weeks, I can already see and feel the improvement in my body.

Hi, I'm Christina.
My aim is to create powerful yet playful sessions that provide you with 'Aha?!'s about your body strength and healthy postures.
I am an internationally certified mat and machine Pilates teacher. Further education: "Shoulder biomechanics", "Pilates and male body structures", "Pilates for runners".
I love to work with the basic, which is the body and the floor.
