Über das Team

Hi, I'm Christina.

I got certified by one of the globally leading schools (BASI®) as mat and machine teacher (500h). Further education: "Shoulder Biomechanics", "Pilates for various male body structures."

I jumped into my first Pilates class years ago without having any idea what to expect. I had my "OMG" moment right away: The exercises looked easy, but it didn't even take five minutes till I felt my first cramp. What the hell ...?

I was immediately drawn to this whole-body workout and had to delve deeper into the Pilates concept. What I discovered is a super efficient training method, from head to toe, that my scoliosis spine loves.

I would love to share this fitness experience with you!

At PIÙ PILATES we love challenges and we love to meet them with a smile. We work out in small groups. Good beats will accompany us.
Doors are open 15 minutes before start of class. Our training room is at Neubaugasse 57 and is called 'Raum 7'. Raum 7 is not a fitness studio but a shared space used for workouts as well as by classical singers for their practice. That's why you will not only find Pilates mats but also some pianos there. ​ Please wear socks in the sessions. We think they support hygiene and can spice up the outfit. We start on time and ask for your understanding: doors will be closed when the session begins and we thereofore cannot guarantee that late birds can jump into the workout.
Mats are provided for you without fee.
Cancellations are possible via Eversports up to 24 hours before start of class.
If English speaking people are among you the session will take place in English. The courses are not intended for pregnant and post-natal women or people with health problems. By booking a course you confirm that your health and your medical condition allow a fitness training.
