About us

Wanna strenghten your abs? Wake up muscles all over your body? Make your spine feel super good? Welcome to PIÙ PILATES!

We don't use machines, we use our own body weight for conscious muscle work in healthy postures.

We train in a group of nice people and good beats will accompany us.

The sessions last 60 minutes. If English speaking people are among you the classes will take place in English.

This is the best place for Pilates - I can’t recommend it enough (and I always do). All thanks to the great trainer Chrissy who makes it motivating also for total beginners, and challenging when you want to go further 💪🏼 I’m a Pilates convert and you should try it too! Ideally in piu!

Christina is an amazing teacher. Her classes have a beautiful flow, incorporating various exercises that challenge you while also keeping you motivated. About the Team

Hi, I'm Christina.

My aim is to create powerful yet playful sessions that provide you with 'Aha?!'s about your body strength and healthy postures.

I am an internationally certified mat and machine Pilates teacher. Further education: "Shoulder biomechanics", "Pilates and male body structures", "Pilates for runners".

I love to work with the basic, which is the body and the floor.

At PIÙ PILATES we love challenges and we love to meet them with a smile. We'll explore the muscle power of your body and make your spine feel super good. People at all levels: join in!
Doors are open 15 minutes before start of class. Come in and make yourself comfortable! Mats are available for free. Please don't forget your water bottle. If you want, bring a towel with you. Showers are available.
Mats are available for free.
Cancellations are possible via Eversports up to 24 hours before start of class.
If English speaking people are among you the session will take place in English. The courses are not intended for pregnant and post-natal women or people with health problems. By booking a course you confirm that your health and your medical condition allow a fitness training.
