PULSE is a unique training method that combines elements of Pilates, barre, calisthenics, and physiotherapy-based isolation work. Through controlled, targeted movements and signature pulsing sequences, we push specific muscle groups to their limit—until true muscle fatigue sets in.
Our classes are built around intensity, precision, and energy. Trainers don’t just instruct—they train with you, creating a shared experience that challenges everyone in the room.
We offer different class formats to match your level and focus:
- PULSE – our signature full-body class, built on strength, control, and endurance.
- PULSE EXTREME – longer, more intense evening sessions with a stronger upper body focus and an overall higher level of intensity.
- PULSE Booty/Core & Upper Body/Core – 50-minute, targeted morning classes designed to isolate and strengthen specific muscle groups with precision.
- PULSE BASICS – the perfect entry point for newcomers, with closer guidance and a deeper introduction to our movements and structure.
PULSE stands for high energy, full commitment, and a training experience that goes beyond anything you’ll find in traditional bodyweight classes in Vienna.
