Your full body HIIT workout under expert supervision. This workout is not just about rowing – it’s about challenging yourself with cardio, strength & core elements on and off the rowing machine. Dive into an immersive experience with energizing beats that keep you motivated toning your whole body.

WHAT TO EXPECT

45 minutes filled with fun & sweat in a unique team atmosphere and a mixture of cardio elements on the rowing machine as well as strength exercises on the floor. Check out and combine our various class formats with different focus areas for the ultimate well-rounded athletic workout.
