45 minutes filled with fun & sweat in a unique team atmosphere and a mixture of cardio elements on the rowing machine as well as strength exercises on the floor.

First timers - 15 min before your session start (for your intro)

Super Training - hatte keinerlei Erfahrung mit Rudern. Es wird alles sehr gut erklärt, auch während des Trainings fühlt man sich nie "verloren" :) bin nach jeden Training richtig ausgepowert - kann es sehr empfehlen
