    Académie de Danse Orientale situé en plein centre de Nice "la piétonne", accès par le tramway station "NICE-MASSENA". Un enseignement donné par SANDRA DANSE Professeur-Chorégraphe de renomé internationale. Son style est fascinant et elle est l'une des premières à avoir codifié cette danse et a créer la MÉTHODE SANDRA basées sur une Méthodologie, une structuration, une codification des répertoires de la DANSE EGYPTIENNE, suivie des règles d'interprétation "l'ÉDUCATION MUSICALE", pour accéder à l'improvisation.

    Enseignante depuis plus de 30 ans, elle dispense ses cours EN PARTICULIERS ou en COLLECTIFS autant à son studio de la piétonne de Nice qu'en direct en ligne. Des cours pour tous niveaux de la débutante à la professionnelle, sans oublier des formations afin de devenir vous même Professeur de Danse Orientale avec CERTIFICAT D'APTITUDE. Sandra la chorégraphe, le professeur a su intégrer dans l'enseignement de la danse la notion de la performance, la répétition du mouvement jusqu'à l'excellence.

    Les cours sont dispensés uniquement par SANDRA. Sandra issue d'une famille d'artiste, un père Producteur et une mère Chanteuse, elle a côtoyé dès son enfance, les plus grandes Stars de la musique et de la danse orientale. Dans les année 80 ,elle se rend régulièrement au Caire et étudie la danse Egyptienne et ses répertoires pendant plus de 10 ans à l'Académie des Arts et du théâtre du Caire. Elle a formé et transmis son savoir, sa méthode, à plusieurs chorégraphes, danseuses, professeurs et futur professeurs à travers le monde lors des Master Classes internationaux. Elle est Chorégraphe, Maitre de Danse certifié.

    Sandra offre un enseignement structuré, une méthodologie et un suivi de la débutante à la professionnelle.
    Même si dans un cours Sandra enseigne plusieurs pas ou techniques, il ne faut avoir peur de ne pas y arriver car elle enseigne sa méthode sous forme de la "méthode spiralé" qui consiste a répéter systématiquement ce qui a été fait le cours précédent et enseigner la suite du répertoire.
    L'idéale pour l'entrainement est un legging, body ou brassière de danse, chaussette en coton ou chaussons de danse, pieds nu possible aussi, foulard pour mettre sur les hanches (si cours en salle on vous le prête).
