Über das Team

Mein Name ist Beata Teichmann und ich bin diplomierte Pädagogin, Personalberaterin(IHK) sowie Sport-Trainerin und Image Coach (IHK).

Mein Ziel ist es, meinen Kunden dabei zu helfen, ihr wahres „Ich“ zu entdecken und neue Stärke sowie Selbstbewusstsein zu gewinnen. Durch meine siebenjährige Erfahrung als Personal Image Coach habe ich gelernt, dass Zufriedenheit und Selbstbewusstsein oft eine Frage des Zusammenspiels von Körper und Geist sind.Daher habe ich mich intensiv mit den Themen Körper und Ernährung auseinandergesetzt und mich konsequent als Sporttrainer weitergebildet. Gleichzeitig habe ich nach den besten medizinischen Technologien gesucht, die effiziente Ergebnisse bei der gesunden Körperformung liefern. Um sicherzustellen, dass ich die Geräte professionell handhaben kann, habe ich die NISV-Zulassung für den Umgang mit EMS-Geräten erworben.Das Ergebnis meiner Bemühungen ist das Konzept Beallure – Shape Your Body and Soul.Beallure ist der Ort, an dem du neue Energie tankst, positive Vibes spürst und zusätzliche Kraft im Leben gewinnst. Hier kannst du deine Ausstrahlung und dein Selbstbewusstsein steigern. Denn wenn man gut aussieht, fühlt man sich auch gut.Und wenn man sich gut fühlt, tut man Gutes.
