Tucked away in the 6th district, you enter a different kind of sports studio: a unique, atmospheric space with a lush private garden. Here, we guide your focus completely to your physical health and wellbeing.
In the gorgeous Garden Studio you are invited to simply BE. BE fully in the moment during your favourite yoga flow, BE sweaty and out of breath in the challenging HIIT sessions, or BE inspired by the mobility training.
Is the weather beautiful? The garden doors will be wide open and yoga can take place under the lush trees.
The friendly team of the Garden Studio believe that personal attention is a big part of practicing together. That’s why these sessions are more interactive than your typical class. The studio only works in small group sizes.
All teachers have excellent experience and speak English and German.
